We have two different rates depending on your needs. If you would like to use our services on an as-needed basis, then you may not want to set up an annual agreement. Therefore we would charge you by a "non-annual agreement" rate.
If you would like to rely solely on DMN Network Consulting for all of your computer desktop needs, then you may want to setup an annual agreement with us. With an annual agreement we can setup intervals for monthly visits. For example, you may wish to have us visit your place of business ten hours a month. With a plan in place, we can come in and clean your computers on a regular basis. Your employees would know our schedule and would be prepared to ask us any questions they may have. You would still have the option to call us anytime for support. We would simply apply the time spent for support against your monthly interval. Annual agreements start at a minimum of 8 hours per month.
